This has always been one of my favorites. I am a big supporter of this product. I received a 1 qt sauce pan as a wedding gift 39 years ago and it is still in great shape.

We have owned many Magnalite products from the original manufacturer and were really happy with the products. Recently purchased a “new” Magnalite Chicken Fryer. While it carries the Magnalite label and looks like the original. its quality nowhere approaches that of the originals. This is just a general note on Magnalite, that buyer be beware of what you are getting now.

I live in Louisiana and I purchased this Magalite Pot just to make seafood gumbo in. I was tired of the roux sticking to the bottom of my old thin pot. The Magnalite pot is excellent for cooking gumbo. Nothing sticks and I would recommend it to everyone.
Thank You.

Have had magnalite for about 20 years. I also own all types of All Clad stainless. For some reason, when it comes to cooking big pots of stews, chicken and dumplings, and chili, I always get out the 14 quart magnalite. I hope they have not changed the quality as the over review states. The roaster is also fantastic. I could never fry eggs or chicken in the fry pans however, they seem to want to stick. I always had very good luck with receipes that have a good amount of liquid called for and will always use them for fudge because the bottom is heavy, and roasters because the roast comes out super. I have to have my magnalite lined up by my all clad!!!!

I grew up in a house where we made homemade spaghetti sauce and meatballs in a 40 year-old Magnalite stock pot. This one is just as good as the original. In some aspects it’s even better. The surface is easier to clean. The lid is sloped more so you can percolate better without the lid “chatter”.
If you haven’t cooked with cast aluminum pots, you don’t know what you’re missing. Meals like meatballs, stews, and soup will cook perfectly at low to medium temps in this pot. The lid on this one also comes with a plastic handle, something I wish our old Magnalite stock pot had.
Our traditional meatball recipe wound up flawless. Although it may seem like prices here are a little high for a “stock pot”, they’re quite low for the quality of even cooking temps and consistency you get from them.

Very Happy with the product and service.
Just what I wanted, Sure we would always like to get things for less, but it was a fair price.

If you love to cook you should a set of Magnaliite cookward. I have cooked a turkey on top of the stove in the Magnalite roaster and it came out just as juicy and brown as if was cooked in the over.

I have two Magnalite pieces that my grandmother used and I still use them. I have had more expensive cookware in the past but always went back to using my grandmother’s pan and Dutch Oven.
I recently purchased the 13 piece cookware set and I am so glad I did. It heats evenly and is easy to clean. The waterless cookware was donated and I am having fun cooking again.

I lost my 25 year old set of Magnalite cookware in Katrina flooding. Because of limited choices when I returned, I purchased another brand. This set economically replaced the cookware that I LOVED and I’ve already cooked several roasts, tomato sauce, and stewed chicken in them. THEY ARE GREAT and my food tastes better than ever!

This is not like my mother’s original Magnalite Cookware set. Its lighter in weight for sure! Not overly pleased with the set. Not up to the standards of the old Magnalite, in my opinion.

THis is a great pot, although it wasn’t what I needed. I already have two and thought it was a smaller pot. I’m looking for a 3 or 4 quart pot. I love this cookware, though. Its just about the only kind I use.
