I only used the baking sheet a few times. It already lost the coating on the bottom and it has some rust on the sides.

I like these very much. Handles are comfortable and large enough. My only complaint is that the pictures on the internet show a lovely lemon yellow which induced me to buy. The reality is that they are 1960′s “Harvest Gold”, NOT lemon yellow. I can only assume that the lovely lime color is actually muddy and that the beautiful royal blue is in fact dark prussian blue. I did debate about sending them back because I was disappointed in the color. However the unusual design and well thought out engineering of the dishes won out.

I originally ordered the 3 qt. baker and liked it so much, I then ordered the 1 and 1.5 qt. bakers in green. I chose green because this color would go nicely for all occasions and I have a green kitchen. It is not the same green as my kitchen, but it is a lime green just like in the picture which is lovely. Because they are so large I nest them all together and store them on top of my refrigerator. When I ordered I kept track of my package. It went in and out of so many states I was worried how it would arrive after being loaded and unloaded so much. The box and product arrived in excellent condition. It just took a little longer to arrive than the 3 qt. Love how these bakers cook and clean-up and they are so pretty to serve on the table. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the bottom of these two bakers. I know the bottoms are unglazed, but they do not seem to be as finished as my 3 qt. I’ve noticed when I nest them all together the bottoms seem to sweat because there is moisture where they nest into the other baker. I have to keep a paper towel between the bakers to absorb the moisture. Not sure why it does this, but I hope the moisture doesn’t make them develop a weak spot. Other than that, I love these bakers and would recommend them to everyone.

Love these dishes -unique design, very handy handles, perfect sizes for couples or small families.

I purchased one set of these when they first came out. I liked them so much I bought the bigger one. I use them so much I bought myself another set. As I continued using them and they constantly impressed me I bought a set for my youngest daughter – a terrific cook – and she loved them so much I bought them for my oldest daughter, who thinks they are the best.
They come in beautiful and vibrant colors, the handles are handy as can be, the sizes are perfect and wash up is as easy as anything I’ve ever experienced.
I have baked cakes and casseroles. I have reheated the leftovers. You can take them from oven to table. I have used them for cold foods. No matter what I have done – they look great, the food is cooked evenly and the washup is a piece of cake. What more can you ask? Well, Maybe if they came with Rachael Ray as the cook . . . . . . . . .

I bought these as a birthday present for my daughter, a Rachael Ray nut, and she absolutely loved them, an has used them often in the 3 weeks since she got them. A true superb gift.

I’ve owned several pieces of these pans, so when I saw an entire set at this price I couldn’t resist. It’s a great value. Some people complained that stuff stuck badly to these pans, but if you cook at the lower temperature, like the instructions say, all you need to do is a little soaking and a scrubby pad and it pretty much is done. Occassionally, I will have to use a cleanser (Comet/Ajax), but most of the time, not.

Purchased for my son and daughter in law (to be). They really liked the set! Very good quality and durable…should last many years!

To buy this product at such a cheap price was excellent. I’m not sure if it was last years range or something but at the price you pay i paid who cares. You walk into any high end cooking store and find these products for full price and you probably pay the same for one pot as you do for this set of 6.
Although not dishwasher friendly they heat quickly and are extremely easy to clean.
The ability to use then in the oven is also a big plus. Cannot fault this product.

I got this Calphalon set for my dad. I thought it would be a good set. Unfortunatly i didn’t know enough about cookware at the time. Everything sticks to the pans and I was quite disapointed. My dad now has to contact Calphalon to see what the problem is and maybe try and get a new one. Such a disapointment. He is a big fan of Calphalon and I thought they would be good. I don’t know if i got a reject set but they DO NOT work!!!!

The previous Caphalon pieces I’d purchased are great. Unfortunately this set was a complete waste of money. Everything sticks to it.

I looked for a good cookware set for a long time. I wanted something that I could put in the dishwasher, had a good nonstick finish, and would be durable. This set is wonderful. The Platinum Teflon allows me to use metal utensils without scratching the Teflon surface. It is dishwasher safe, and the handles are really nice and comfortable. The only thing I wish it had was a larger frying pan, but for the price, I can’t have everything! I’ll put a larger frying pan on my wish list.

I got these as a present going on 3 years ago and they are great! The non-stick stays non-stick (even though it’s hit some high heat now and then), and the outside surfaces have held up really well. The clear lids let you see what you’re cooking. These are used every day. I recommend them to anyone. Best reasonably priced cookware I ever had – and better than most of the expensive stuff I’ve had too.

I received the Bialetti pans in the last half of April. I delayed writing this review until I had a chance to work with them. Overall, they’re very nice pans that cook well. (The 2-qt pan does a beautiful job of cooking rice.) Each one has a heavy disc on the bottom for even heating. I haven’t timed them, but I believe these pans heat up quicker than my old (T-Fal) pans did.
The non-stick surface is holding up well though I’ve been careful to use non-metal utensils. When you first wash them, the non-stick surface is somewhat rough. As the pans are used, they get smoother. The outer finish does stain as other reviewers have mentioned, but that’s not a big deal to me.
The set came with glass lids which fit well. The lid handles get warm over time and the glass fogs up a bit, but you do get a glimpse of what’s happening in the pan. There are no lids for the skillets, though.
There are a couple of less-impressive features:
–When I saw the pans on Amazon, the product description said they were dishwasher safe. However, the box they came in recommends hand-washing. Being dishwasher safe is what sold me on them and I’m putting them in the dishwasher anyway. I don’t use a powdered cleaner so I’m not worried about the non-stick finish, but there is a decorative “metallic” piece glued on the handles that may loosen with repeated exposure. (Losing the “metallic” pieces may actually be an improvement.)
–The smallest saucepan and the smallest skillet, when empty, tip over because of the heavy, bulky handles. If you hang your pots from a rack, you may be disappointed by the large size of the handles.
If Bialetti would ask for my input, I would say: 1) Update the handles: straighten the curve out and make them less bulky. Do away with the decorative “metallic” piece. 2) Offer various pans to supplement the original set: maybe a grill pan, griddle, extra saucepans? I would buy additional pans if they were available.

To be fair,I own Calphalon Professional Annodized, the predecessor to the Hard Anodized line. I believe they are essentially the same product. The newest product in their anodized line is the Infused.
I have been using a set of Professional since 1998 (11 years)in a home kitchen every day.
Overall it has performed well and is easy to cook with. However,
1 Be advised that the anodized coating can be COMPLETELY dissolved by apple-based sauces. (I mean completely down to bright silver aluminum after 3 hours of apple cider simmering) I have been on-line and discovered other users who have destroyed their Infused Calphaolon with apple sauce. Pretty strange that acidic tomato-bases wouldn’t affect it but apples would destroy it.
2 Can’t put this stuff in the dishwasher either. The caustic (basic) dishwasher detergents can destroy the coating. I find that it will make a whitish/grayish “oxidiztion” appear. This can be scrubbed off with a green Scotch kitchen pan and the Calphalon abrasive scrub compound.
3 I do not like the fry pan. I find it sticks excessively and greatly prefer a twelve-dollar cast iron pan for this function.
