We decided on the Cirulon Infinite cookware after looking at a lot of other brands. The quality and versatility makes this affordable (a relative term, I know) line of cookware a great value. After 6 months of heavy use, we are more than pleased with the durability and performance.
* Very Thick Bottoms – Allows for even heating of cooking surface
* Great Nonstick Surface – Really nonstick, no issues at all – DO NOT use nonstick sprays or “heavy oils” as these will ruin the nonstick properties (read the instructions)!
* Requires Less Oils – We were able to cut way back on the amount of cooking oils we use
* Durable
* Oven Safe
* Dishwasher Safe
*Important* Follow the manufactures instructions and you will have great results.

Until hard-anodized aluminum came along, professional chefs scoffed at the very notion of nonstick cookware. Once they gave it a try, whole new culinary worlds opened up. How else can you whip up a scrambled eggs with cheese concoction and not leave half of it stuck to the pan? Meanwhile, the rest of us looked on wistfully and sighed at the high price, not to mention the fact that you can’t just throw it in the dishwasher or look to the future and use it on an induction cooktop.
Infinite Circulon changed all that, especially with this 10-inch and 12-inch pair of open skillets. They’re everything you expect from Circulon 2, like a nonstick surface that’s really nonstick plus the ability to cook on ANY kind of stove, including induction. The hollow stainless steel handles really do stay cool on the stove while upping the in-the-oven temperature to a whopping 500 degrees F. When you’re done, it can go right into the dishwasher, though I have yet to cook anything requiring that kind of heavy-duty cleaning.
For a Lenten Friday dinner, we made whole wheat Fettuccine Marinara finished Bolognese-style, cooking and stirring the firm pasta in a couple cups of sauce until tender in the 12-inch skillet. Marinara sauce is hardly a challenge and it washed right out. On to a tougher challenge!
I made a couple fried egg and cold cut sandwiches the following Saturday, first frying the meat in the ungreased 12-incher, followed by the eggs without adding any grease or oil. Perfection! The eggs picked up a little of the browned bits left from frying the meat and that added some flavor. A quick hand-wash cleaned up with minimal effort.
As another reviewer points out, the manufacturer warns against using cooking spray, but it’s OK to add a touch of oil for flavor. I oven fried a few strips of bacon and while the bacon drained on a layer of paper towels I poured off all of the grease, leaving behind a thin coating. I dumped in a double batch of Jiffy corn muffin mix and put it back into the oven for about 25 minutes. The result: a skillet Johnnycake that slipped right out and onto the cutting board. There’s definitely an ooey-gooey pineapple upside-down cake in this skillet’s future.
With its low price and cook-anywhere versatility, Infinite Circulon really is investment-quality cookware. When this pair of skillets is on sale, it’s all that and a steal.

These heavy, beautiful pans are everything they’re advertised to be. An incredible value at this price. The Circulon Infinite series has the most effective and durable non-stick surface I’ve ever used, and they can go in the dishwasher. I expect to be using these daily for many, many years. Wish they made a 14″ skillet in the Infinite series! I’m buying more of these sets to give to as gifts.

We haven’t had much luck with any brand of cookware with non-stick coatings. They all start peeling in one to three years, becoming more useless as they peel. Circulon’s hard-anodized finish is the answer. Anodize strengthens the permanent oxidation on the surface of aluminum. It is not a coating, so it can’t peel. It is not as slick as teflon-type coatings, but it’s non-stick enough for us. Unlike coated cookware, you can brown food in a Circulon pan. We’ve been using a 12-inch skillet heavily for three years, and it’s like new.

What a disappointment when I opened the box. They were light in weight with cheap feeling plastic handles. Seemed more like a Kmart special then something from Circulon. Not worth the money.

I’ve used Circulon for years, starting with a single 8″ saucepan and finally buying a set I found at a super low sale price a few years ago at JC Penney. It performs extremely well, but there are two things you should keep in mind. 1. I does wear out in a year or two with daily use, even if you are careful. 2. If you let it get too hot, it will ruin the coating. If that happens, the non-stick characteristics are gone and you just throw it away. It’s happened to me twice where I’ve been pan-frying something and the food gets really baked on because of excessive heat and must be laboriously removed. Luckily, it was just the 8″ which is relatively easy to replace.

These are three great sizes to have, but I have put them next to pans I have purchased separately (as one-offs) and noticed the quality is slightly less. Not enought to cause me to lose sleep, but it’s something to consider. I have one other 8 inch pan, for example, which I purchased on its own. And it is thicker than the one in the set.

Appear to be excellent quality. Have used several times since receiving them and they are great, just like other reviews claimed. I’ve used the largest one for browning meat and found that it did great and was also easy to clean. A bargain price compaired to other brands of similar quality.

I bought these because I cannot use my cherished iron skillets on my new ceramic top stove. And they were such a good price, 2 for the price of one. However, I was put off a bit by the color.
Actually the pans are rather attractive, cook well, brown well. I have a lot of circulon and I like these better.
You won’t be sorry that you bought these.

Analon Advanced skillets are great. They are especially easy to clean with the non-stick finish on the outside of the pan as well as the inside. Virtually nothing sticks. I’ve had my original Analon for several years with no problems, and after researching many other brands, both lower and higher end, decided to stay with Analon. For the home cook, you can’t go wrong.

I’m so glad I found this set.
We’ve had the 8 inch skillet of this brand for a long time and it’s a terrific little pan.
When our Calphalon pan lost it’s non-stick quality, I decided to look for an Analon Advanced pan to replace it.
Finding this set at a great price was a bonus.
The pans are well made, the handles are comfortable and the sizes are extremely versatile.
We’re very pleased with this purchase.

I have Anolon set only for a week but use them every day. Quality is nice.
You can see that each separate pan cost around $60.00 But for now it only $50.00 for two. They are deep pans and soft brown color. I made fry potato, eggs, vegetables and almost no oil. Not heavy and comfortable handle. Recomend

The pan has worked well, as I expected. Next time I need to replace a pan I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another of this brand. I cook as a hobby and as part of my job so I learn which cookware works best for me and this pan has functioned well.

I bought this fry pan for my mom…..and she loves it. Easy to cook with and easy clean up…….and she should know…..she’s been cooking for 70 years !!

The finish on the pan was not applied evenly and it looked already worn in some areas. I sent mine back.
September 16th, 2010 at 9:57 pm
Was not impressed with the pan at all-it is not a 12 inch but only 11 1/4 – the quality isn’t worth the money-sent mine back and order the mill.farberware 12 inch that I had before.

Although this pan is Stainless Steel, the handle is not riveted. I can’t comment on longevity just yet.
